Been a while since I had to change my windscreen wipers but forgot how to get them off the screen can anyone help , I pressed the start button but not to start engine and pressed the windscreen wiper but I can not make it happen , any help much appreciated thanks.

Engine off and wipers lever all the way down. That's it.
