Hi there, Renault Kadjar was involved in an accident and I was revving to get up a Kerb without a radiator, it has cut off and not starting?

Could this be a fuel cut, If so how can i reset?

Are there any warning lights on?

With modern technology, and this is a real out there guess, is it possible the car knows there is no radiator attached, therefore no coolant circulating so to preserve the car it is not permitting you to start it?
