Yes we got a letter for recall for this yesterday says some dealers may do it while you wait

Some of you guys are lucky I got a appointment for mine , 8.30 in the morning took it down then sat and waited they said it would take an hour , ok I thought well after an hour they came back to me saying they could not do it due to the wrong part they had , but my missus said they had rang my house and said the part had not arrived so they could not fit the part "............. so what is the story I wonder they said they would get back to me when they have the part. Now a week later no phone call .. something tells me I should go to another Renault dealer By the way should I name and shame .... I don’t know..... cheers

Ok I will you are right we do deserve good service after all they are being paid while the customer suffers their inability to understand if we did not buy the cars they would be out of work so STONEACRE ROTHERHAM MUSHROOM GARAGE .

Replaced R-Link2 V2.2 SW version 9. 0.34.611, enabled Android Auto and CarPlay (change USB slots)
