I bought a 2019 renault Kadjar in January from official dealer with an extended warrenty.
When closing the sunroof blind it seemed to stick, then come loose at one side. The next time I got in the car the entire blind flew backwards into the space in the roof of the car and is stuck there. Renault have refused to fix on the warranty and quoted £1500 to replace it (they say it is just a clip that broken but the entire blind and mechanism apparently needs to be replaced).
Has anyone had this problem and found a solution (that does not cost £1500!!).
I've tried to pull the blind out from the roof space but its very tight, can't get hand in far enough.
Any advice much appreciated
