Hi,

I had a check injection fault coming on for a few days but with times being hard and money being rather than positive news stories I let it fly. Started car today to be met with engine fault hazard.

Any hard resets to try first before I book into Renault? Precisely what I don’t need just now as money is justt not there for this.

Doing hard reset of computer is one of the most stupid actions you can do. I believe that diagnostic with CLIP is not worth a fortune in UK, but it will show the error. Any trained stuff can then decide weather error was no important and just simpy erase it or can show a start of a bigger issue which can be solve with minimum expense at the beginning.
