Due to Google's policy change, the Recapcha was jamming up the verification process.  Recapcha has been temporarily disabled so there should now not be a problem.

 Recaptcha will be affected in other areas which may be fixable but no guarantee.

This website is becoming dated so functions will break from time to time.

Ultimately this site needs a serious update!!
