Help please. I have a 2016 kaddjar and have tried and failed to get my Samsung android phone to connect via Bluetooth,  the phone constantly disconnects then connects then disconnects again. Can get the media to work  and stay connected but as soon as I try to connect the phone side it disconnects / connects constantly. My wife has a huwai phone on android and that works fine. Any help would be great.  Thanks

As a guide for your posts, you need to provide more details if you want to provoke an answer.
You should include information about your Rlink system, what version is the software, is it actually Rlink2, is it a Kadjar?
So you have a Samsung phone, what is the model and in some cases what version of Android does your phone have?

Hello,

Check this out:

1. My car is a Renault Kadjar, from 2015, with R-Link 2 , version 2.2.11.830 (see picture attached).

2. My phone is Samsung A71 and Samsung A51, both with Android 11, One UI 3.1

3. The problem is: as soon as I connect a phone, or 2, the bluetooth from R-Link2 starts to turn on and off, every 5 seconds. My phone is also connecting and disconnecting every 5 seconds and ofc I can not use it :(. From what i understand , there is a software problem, and I must upgrade my R-Link, right ?

Visit your local dealer. Demand a software update from V2 to V7. Then update by yourself to V9 (optional).
